Pharrell to hold Virginia block party in name of social action

Singer Pharrell Williams will be internet hosting a block celebration in Virginia to rally for social motion this November.

Williams is a Virginia Seashore native but will be internet hosting the three-working day event in Norfolk's Neon District throughout 10 nearby locations, in accordance to a report.
