June 19

5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone gained entry into a restaurant via window smash and stole property and money.

Overnight in the 1400 block of White Oaks Road: Someone gained entry via window smash.

12:14 p.m. in the 200 block of Erie: During an argument between a mother and son, the husband held the wife away from their son. The wife disclosed that there is a history of domestic violence incidents between them in Texas.

1:24 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man yelled racial slurs and spit at an employee. He was contacted and found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He attempted to pull away from officers and upon his arrest refused to get into the patrol vehicle for several moments. Once inside the vehicle, he repeatedly smashed his head against the partition. A woman attempted to intervene in an attempt to save the suspect from arrested. She threatened to slap an officer then raised her hand to do so. A second officer grabbed her arm before she could swing.

June 20

4:18 p.m. in the 670 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 18, was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

2:39 p.m. in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: Officers received a license plate recognition hit on a 2021 Chevrolet reported stolen out of San Jose on June 16. A transient man, 40, was observed entering the driver’s seat. He had burglary tools commonly used to defeat ignition systems.

Overnight in the 600 block of Lisa Way: The catalytic converter was stolen from a Toyota.

Overnight in the 1140 block of East Campbell Avenue: The catalytic converter was stolen from a Prius.

4:22 p.m. in the 1300 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone stole items from a vehicle.

7:12 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone took a mountain bike from a bike rack.

9:55 p.m. in the 60 block of Llewellyn Avenue: Someone was in the backyard of a house.

10 block of West Campbell Avenue: A woman approached two 8-year-old girls and offered them a ride home. The girls felt threatened.

1600 block of White Oaks Road: A car cover was stolen.

June 21

700 block of East McGlincey Lane: Someone cut the lock and stole tools out of a storage locker.

5:30 a.m. in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone pried open the back door and rummaged near the cash register, but left without taking anything.

9:24 p.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 47, was causing a disturbance and had a felony warrant for her arrest.

10:28 p.m. in the 200 block of Wilton Drive: During an argument, the victim threw a bottle near the suspect, who got upset and brandished a taser at the victim. Methamphetamine and a glass bong used to smoke meth were located in their room. More meth was located in the suspect’s car.

7:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone took items from an unlocked car.

June 22

Overnight in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A 1963 Buick Le Sabre was stolen and later located.

9:50 a.m. in the 200 block of Echo Avenue: Someone contacted the victim saying they were from an electronic service company and obtained her personal ID information. Since then, they have scammed her out of a lot of money.

8:40 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone stole merchandise and fled.

2:50 p.m. in the 300 block of North Milton Avenue: Someone stole items from inside a home. The victim suspects a company she recently hired.

9:55 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone took items from a  store without paying.

11:12 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: The suspect was trying to take the victim’s marijuana. The victim interfered, and the suspect hit them a couple times.

10:17 a.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: Officer located a stolen 2015 Hyundai Elantra out of Sunnyvale in the parking lot. A transient man, 32, got into the vehicle and was stopped down the street. He was under the influence and on probation.

12:13 a.m. at Campbell and Gilman avenues: A woman, 34, was intoxicated downtown, and someone called the victim to pick her up. The victim arrived and an argument ensued, during which the suspect hit them with a shoe.

June 23

10:31 a.m. in the 900 block of Campisi Avenue: A man, 29, was seen jumping the fence into a complex. He was seen inside patios, walking around in common areas and using spray paint on walls. He was seen near the bicycle rack where a cut lock was later located. He was taken into custody when he jumped another fence and officers were waiting for him. He was found to be under a controlled substance and was in possession of grinder.

3:04 p.m. in the 160 block of Jane Ann Way: A man, 32, was seen going onto property currently under construction and fenced off. When officers contacted him, he immediately ran and jumped fences through the neighborhood. He was taken into custody. A search of his vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia.

2:03 a.m. at Highway 17 and Hamilton Avenue: A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.

2:04 a.m. at Nello Drive and Hollis Avenue: A man, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and was arrested.

4:52 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Three suspects drove to the rear of a business and stole an item. They were confronted by an employee and rammed the west gate to flee.

June 24

Overnight in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone spray-painted a vehicle.

10:39 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Campbell Avenue: A transient woman, 37, stole merchandise on two different occasions in the morning. The second time she was seen by officers. The victim desired prosecution for the theft, and due to the likelihood of reoccurrence, the woman was taken into custody.

1:32 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 42, was acting suspiciously and found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also in possession of methamphetamine and oxycodone for sales.

6:10 p.m. in the 1300 block of Ontario Lane: A woman was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and was endangering her child.

8:01 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: During an altercation, the suspect punched the victim, knocking him out, and fled.

11:42 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Latimer Avenue: A 15-year-old boy ran away from home. He was not reported to be at risk and has done this before.

June 25

8:50 a.m. at Adler Avenue and Nido Drive: A transient was seen driving away from Adler Avenue in a vehicle with no license plate. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but it fled. When the officer turned the corner, the vehicle was slow-rolling and collided with a parked vehicle. The occupants had fled the vehicle prior to the collision. A perimeter was set up in the area. A surveillance camera captured two people running on Hollis. Officers located one of the suspects hiding. During a search of the vehicle, officers found a concealed loaded handgun underneath the front seat. The transient is a convicted felon and was under the influence of a stimulant.

500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient man, 30, was contacted after he shoplifted merchandise. He was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest and was in possession of a meth pipe.

7:43 p.m. in the 40 block of North Second Street: A woman, 30, was found wearing only her underwear in a parking garage. She was found to be too intoxicated to care for herself. She spit on officers and kicked the patrol car window.

10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 48, had warrants for drug-related charges and was in possession of methamphetamine and a methamphetamine pipe.

12:36 a.m. in the 400 block of Kuehnis Drive: A man, 39, was found to have warrants for drug-related charges. He was in possession of shaved keys, methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe and a catalytic converter.

2:18 a.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man was observed by officer laying on the ground. He displayed symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was bleeding on his arm. Officers applied a tourniquet and requested emergency medical service. He was transported to hospital for injuries. There was a broken window located at the rear of the business.

5:07 a.m. in the 1200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry by cutting the lock.

June 26

Overnight in the 300 block of Darryl Drive: Someone forced entry into a work truck and stole power tools.

Overnight in the 1300 block of Sharp Avenue: A gray 2001 Chevrolet Suburban was reported as an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle had major damage to the front end and ignition, and was found to be unreported stolen out of San Jose.

Overnight in the 600 block of Campbell Tech Parkway: Someone forced entry into a restroom and storage rooms.

12:31 p.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: During an argument, a man, 22, pushed the victim. When the victim’s father intervened in an attempt to get him out of the house, the suspect pushed him down.

9:43 p.m. in the 600 block of Nell Drive: A man, got into an argument with the mother of his child when he was dropping the child off at her house. He pushed the victim out of the way so he could go inside in violation of a peaceful contact order.

2:31 a.m. at Mona and Lisa ways: A red 2000 Chevy Tahoe was located abandoned. During the investigation, the officer got a license plate recognition hit on a stolen plate on a silver Toyota van that was reported stolen out of San Jose.
