Young photogs can “Capture Campbell”

Campbell’s Civic Advancement Fee is sponsoring “Capture Campbell,” a photograph contest for the youth of Campbell. The target of the contest is to inspire youth to check out their neighborhood via a new lens and exhibit inhabitants what Campbell appears to be like by youth’s eyes.
