The Pennsylvania Supreme Court dismissed a Republican's appeal to rely undated ballots in the state's Senate principal race.

The courtroom rejected Pennsylvania Senate applicant David McCormick's lawsuit towards Pennsylvania election officers arguing that the undated mail-in ballots must be counted in his primary race against Dr. Mehmet Oz, indicating the disputed ballots will not be counted. The court docket also denied a Republican motion to vacate a lower court final decision produced on June 2 denying McCormick's application without having prejudice.

On Friday, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to block a lessen courtroom choice that authorized the counting of undated ballots in a 2021 Pennsylvania judicial election. David Ritter, a Republican point out judicial applicant in Lehigh County, pointed to an obscure legislation to argue that the undated ballots need to not be counted in his race, and Oz filed a "close friend of the courtroom" transient supporting Ritter's claims.
