Rep. Liz Cheney: Trump took suggestions from 'an evidently inebriated Rudy Giuliani'

Rep. Liz Cheney stated Monday that then-President Donald Trump took 2020 election night time steering from “an evidently inebriated Rudy Giuliani” around his campaign industry experts.

Jason Miller, who was an aide to Trump, acknowledged in recorded testimony played by the committee at the listening to that Giuliani was intoxicated on election evening. Giuliani mentioned in recorded testimony he spoke with the president many occasions on election night time.

Giuliani, who was formerly mayor of New York Town, embraced Trump’s unfounded claim of election fraud ahead of and after election night.
