4 arrested for shoplifting in Palo Alto also tied to Harmony carjacking

PALO ALTO — Four individuals using in a car that was carjacked out of Harmony ended up arrested following a powerful-arm theft at a grocery store last weekend, police claimed.

Two of the four whom law enforcement apprehended ended up juveniles.
