July 19
Overnight in the 300 block of Nottingham Way: Someone stole a tire from a car.
Overnight in the 1400 block of Abbott Avenue: Someone vandalized a bathroom with graffiti.
12:05 p.m. at Central Avenue and Tubby Street: A man, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and determined to be DUI on drugs.
1:28 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient, 34, was reported as possibly smoking drugs near an entrance. The suspect had an outstanding felony warrant for probation violation.
3:09 p.m. at Bascom and Hamilton avenues: A man, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
4 p.m. in the 900 block of Whitehall Avenue: A man struck his caregiver.
July 20
1:07 p.m. in the 70 block of North First Street: A transient caused a disturbance and was contacted by officers. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
4:58 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A license plate was stolen.
7:59 p.m. in the 200 block of West Rosemary Lane: A homeowner called to get a restraining order and have a renter evicted. The renter allegedly fired several rounds from his 9mm into the air. He does have a 9mm Glock registered to him. The homeowner located spend casing on the ground in the backyard, but did not see him fire the round.
7:50 p.m. at West Campbell Avenue and Fulton Street: Someone threw an onion at a passerby and was cussing. The suspect had several warrants and a glass pipe.
11:48 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone took items without paying for them.
2:22 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone made entry into a business and attempted to pry the safe open.
July 21
Overnight in the 200 block of Dunster Drive: A car was stolen.
Overnight in the 300 block of Dunster Drive: A car was stolen.
11:14 a.m. at North Third Street and East Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 45, and a man, 40, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. Both were possession of drug paraphernalia. The woman was in possession of pepper spray and is a convicted felon. The man is on parole.
1:21 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: The suspect rented a van but never returned it. The victim wanted prosecution.
2 p.m. in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: The suspect came over to the victim in violation of a served domestic violence order.
11:46 p.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 41, was contacted during a disturbance call. He had a warrant and was in possession of a pipe.
1:07 a.m. in the 300 block of Dunster Drive: Someone seen in the area after an explosion was heard.
2:31 a.m. at Budd Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 30, provided a false name and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself. He had methamphetamine on his person.
July 22
8 a.m. on the Los Gatos Creek Trail: Someone stole the victim’s wallet containing his driver’s license and Social Security card.
8:09 a.m. at Campbell Technology Parkway and East McGlincy Lane: A man, 43, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had two misdemeanor warrants.
9:40 a.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: A man, 21, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was in possession of composite knuckles with spikes.
600 block of Parr Avenue: Someone stole both license plates off a Ford F-150.
11:18 a.m. at Union and South Bascom avenues: A man, 48, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had a misdemeanor warrant and fraudulent registration tags.
1:30 p.m. at South Bascom and Camden avenues: A man, 51, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had two misdemeanor warrants.
4 p.m. at 70 West Hamilton Avenue: Officers located an unoccupied stolen Honda Civic. The vehicle was released to the owner.
2:12 a.m. in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient man, 35, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on a bike and found to have a warrant. He was also in possession of methamphetamine and a pipe.
3:01 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Campbell Avenue: A woman, 22, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
3:17 a.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: A man, 20, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.
July 23
6:50 a.m. in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone attempted to break a window of a business but was caught. The suspect fled prior to officers’ arrival.
Overnight in the 60 block of Michael Drive: A black 1994 Honda Civic was stolen.
8:37 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient, 31, was acting suspicious in the parking lot. The suspect was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
200 block of Union Avenue: Someone made entry into the bicycle storage area and stole an e-bike.
4:44 p.m. at East Campbell Avenue and North First Street: A man, 21, was causing a disturbance downtown. Upon contact, he was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.
8:21 p.m. in the 800 block of Sunnyarbor Court: During a fight with a man, 34, the victim lost a tooth and possibly sustained a broken jaw.
8:38 p.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 29, was causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
10:12 p.m. at Abbott Avenue and Pollard Road: A gray 2001 GMC pickup was stolen.
10:24 p.m. at Almarida Drive and David Avenue: A man, 26, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He resisted officers and refused to perform field sobriety tests.
1:07 a.m. in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 19, was contacted after a disturbance. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
July 24
6:15 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A white Chevrolet Silverado was stolen.
Overnight in the 400 block of Richlee: A white 1999 Ford F250 was stolen.
12:10 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Officers attempted to stop a 2000 Honda Odyssey minivan and it fled southbound on Winchester Boulevard at a high rate of speed. The vehicle is registered in San Jose.
Overnight in the 600 block of Creekside Way: Someone gained entry into a Jeep via unzipping soft top.
3:08 p.m. in the 700 block of Ricky Court: A woman sent mail to and left voicemails for her ex-husband in violation of a served restraining order.
9 p.m. in the 600 block of Emory Avenue: Someone was seen on video setting fire to the victim’s surveillance cameras.
7:30 p.m. in the 100 block of North Central Avenue: A transient woman, 60, was in the side yard of the residence going through the tenant’s things.
Second Street and Civic Center Drive: During an argument, a woman, 33, scratched the victim on the neck, leaving visible injury.
