Cat on the lam: Pet caught following months on the run at airport

BOSTON (VFAB) — A family’s beloved pet cat which is been dodging airport staff, airline workers, and animal gurus since escaping from a pet carrier at Boston’s Logan Global Airport about 3 months ago was last but not least caught Wednesday.
“Whether out of tiredness or starvation we’ll never know, but this early morning she last but not least let herself be caught,” an airport spokesperson explained of the cat named Rowdy in a statement.
Rowdy was supplied a health check and will be returned to her loved ones.
“I’m sort of in disbelief,” claimed her proprietor, Patty Sahli. “I imagined, ‘What are the odds we’re actually likely to get her back again?’ But I bought a get in touch with this early morning and I am just so stunned.”
Rowdy’s time on the lam commenced June 24, as Sahli and her partner, Wealthy, returned to the U.S. from 15 yrs in Germany with the Military. When their Lufthansa flight landed, the 4-yr-outdated black cat with environmentally friendly eyes escaped her cage, in pursuit of some birds.
