Dear HARRIETTE: I went to take a look at my sister lately after two decades of not observing every other owing to the pandemic.

We have a bizarre marriage. She’s the oldest kid, and she continues to attempt to command everything. She’s tremendous neat, and I’m messy.

For the duration of my visit, each time I stood up, she looked to see what I was going to do following. It is awkward staying all-around her simply because I usually truly feel like I’m going to mess up.

Absolutely sure more than enough, when I was applying her visitor rest room, I mistakenly employed the towel rack to balance as I stood up and broke it off the wall. Now I have destroyed my sister’s household. I am so humiliated.

How can I make it up to her? She does not want dollars, but she is annoyed.
