The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Backyard garden is on delivery watch as Bibi the hippopotamus is set to give beginning soon.

Measurements taken in the course of ultrasounds display that this hippo’s calf is already much larger than the zoo’s renowned Fiona, who was born 6 months early in 2017, according to the zoo.

The zoo expects Bibi will be whole time period in August.

“Our Zoo Volunteer Observer (ZVO) workforce is starting up their birth view these days!” the zoo wrote on Fb. “They will hold a shut enjoy on Bibi from 5pm - 7am by way of video clip stream from cameras put within the Hippo Barn.”
