Person suspected of starting fires in distant Oregon woods detained by 3 people who tied him to a tree

A man suspected of starting up two fires in distant southwest Oregon was arrested, soon after reportedly staying tied to a tree by 3 folks right until police arrived, Curry County Sheriff John Ward said in assertion posted on Facebook.

The sheriff’s office environment thanked those people who assisted with controlling the fire and detaining the suspect.

“The swift steps on finding the fires out most definitely averted a catastrophe and saved life.
