Biden requires 'answers' on 10-year anniversary of Maritime journalist's abduction in Syria

President Joe Biden reiterated phone calls for "solutions" from the Syrian federal government pertaining to the decadelong imprisonment of journalist and previous U.S. Maritime Austin Tice.

Biden's statement was introduced on the 10-12 months anniversary of Tice's abduction in Damascus.

"We have consistently questioned the governing administration of Syria to perform with us so that we can provide Austin home. The Tice spouse and children experienced beforehand pressured the Biden administration to do far more to bring Tice home.
