Aug. 8
8 a.m. in the 1000 block of Bismark Drive: Someone accessed the victim’s bank account and stole money.
100 block of Michael Drive: The victim said that during an argument, the suspect pushed and punched her in the face. The suspect said the victim grabbed her hair and hit her.
Overnight in the 300 block of West Hacienda Avenue: Someone passed a counterfeit bill at a business.
Overnight in the 500 block of Virginia Avenue: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole items.
2:45 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A driver caused a collision, resulting in the victim being transported with a possible fractured elbow and ankle. The driver sped away. A witness was able to get the plate number.
10:24 p.m. at Darryl Drive and Gleason Avenue: A man, 31, was contacted near a suspicious vehicle. He was in possession of burglary tools and a pipe and had a warrant.
12:37 a.m. at Sunberry Drive and Kamson Way: A missing person was contacted during a disturbance and found to be a runaway.
1:55 a.m. in the 10 block of West Campbell Avenue: An officer was patrol checking the Comm Center when he saw a man, 18, spray-painting the cement footing of a light pole.
200 block of North First Street: A house sitter let other people into the house, and several items and cash were stolen.
Aug. 9
6:03 a.m. in the 200 block of Hollis Avenue: A man left his work truck running in the carport. When he came back out, the truck was being driven away. The stolen truck was later located.
Overnight in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A car was stolen from a carport.
Overnight in the 900 block of Apricot Avenue: Someone smashed the window to the a vehicle and stole several items.
1:02 p.m. in the 14000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman entered a business, and when asked to leave, she told staff she was going to get a gun and kill them.
5:45 p.m. in the 200 block of Adler Avenue: Items were stolen from a truck.
3:38 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone broke the window of a business and gained entry.
Aug. 10
Overnight in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone abandoned a car that was previously reported stolen.
12:47 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Payne Avenue: A man, 60, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. (S) was in possession of drug paraphernalia, a switchblade, methamphetamine and was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. (S) also had an outstanding warrant.
8:28 p.m. at Almarida Drive and East Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 23, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and had six felony warrants and one misdemeanor warrant for her arrest.
7 p.m. in the 90 block of South Leigh Avenue: Someone made entry into a garage and stole a bicycle.
2:50 a.m. in the 1700 block of Grace Avenue: Someone stole the catalytic converter from a car.
1:02 a.m. at South Bascom and East Hamilton avenues: A man, 42, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had objective symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol while driving. He failed to perform field sobriety tests as demonstrated and was found to be DUI.
12:59 a.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Almarida Drive: A man, 30, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had objective symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol while driving. He failed to perform field sobriety tests as demonstrated and was found to be DUI.
Aug. 11
7:58 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 59, called and made several paranoid statements. He was found to be in violation of a restraining order and was arrested. He was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphetamine.
10 a.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone broke a window at a business.
1:50 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole an item and fled.
1:34 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A tow company reported there was a car with a broken window in the lot. The vehicle had been reported stolen days prior.
11:32 p.m. in the 40 block of North Second Street: A man, 29, was passed out inside of his vehicle and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
2:46 a.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and East Hacienda Avenue: A man, 30, was passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He had a misdemeanor warrant for $10,000.
3:11 a.m. at Camden and Curtner avenues: A woman, 29, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance and was found to be driving while under the influence of a stimulant and marijuana.
4:34 a.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: During an argument, a woman, 36, slapped the victim in the face one time. The suspect admitted to slapping the victim, who declined a restraining order.
1500 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone forced entry into a locked display and stole approximately $800 in fragrances.
Aug. 12
9:49 a.m. in the 600 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A transient woman, 38, was contacted for a vehicle code violation. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and possessed a tricycle that was reported stolen out of Santa Clara.
10:55 a.m. in the 1800 block of Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into a shed sometime overnight.
2:58 p.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: After an argument, the suspect kicked in the door and grabbed the victim by her arms, causing a minor injury, and stole her wallet before leaving.
6:01 p.m. in the 1500 block of Dell Avenue: A man, 31, was involved in a fight and was found to be driving while intoxicated. The reporting party wanted prosecution. A man, 27, was involved in the fight and had a no-bail misdemeanor warrant.
3:53 a.m. in the 200 block of Adler Avenue: Two suspects stole the catalytic converter from a Honda, but the victim caught them in the act and was able to open the door to their vehicle and take the catalytic converter back.
Aug. 13
Overnight in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: A 2003 Yukon was stolen.
Third Street and Rincon Avenue: Someone stole paperwork from a vehicle via a window smash.
Overnight in the 500 block of W. Hacienda Avenue: Someone stole items from a vehicle via a window smash.
Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone stole the rear plate from a 2017 Nissan.
5:09 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A transient, 59, was outside a store causing a disturbance. The suspect was in possession of a meth pipe and under the influence.
9:39 p.m. in the 1700 block of Hurst Avenue: A transient man, 56, was in the neighborhood causing several disturbances. Officer located him and found he was too intoxicated to care for himself.
1:18 a.m. at West Campbell and Victor avenues: A driver, 30, was stopped for vehicle code violation. The suspects showed symptoms of alcohol intoxication and was found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Aug. 14
10:51 a.m. at Second Street and Civic Center Drive: A woman was causing a disturbance at the farmers’ market. She was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
Overnight in the El Solyo on Bascom Avenue: Someone smashed the window to a vehicle and stole paperwork and cash.
1:11 p.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: During an argument, a man, 25, violated a peaceful contact order by calling the victim inappropriate names, harassing her and disturbing her peace.
4 p.m. in the 100 block of Adler Avenue: Someone smashed the window to an Audi and went through the glovebox and center console.
5:37 p.m. at Darryl Drive and Hamilton Avenue: A GMC Yukon taken from Echo Avenue was located after it was called in for being parked in the red zone.
7:58 p.m. in the 300 block of North First Street: A man, 20, was acting bizarre in his vehicle and was found to be under the influence.
7:45 p.m. at Adler Avenue and Nido Drive: The officer’s automatic license plate reader located a red 2004 Honda with a dealer plate on it. Several items of personal ID information, drug paraphernalia and indicia were located in the car, which was stolen out of Fremont.
9:02 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A transient, 18, was with two other people who took food.
