James Franco to perform Fidel Castro in new film

Actor James Franco is established to play the part of former Cuban dictator Fidel Castro in a movie about the leader's daughter, Alina Fernandez.

Fernandez's mother was Natalia “Naty” Revuelta, a staunch communist, who sacrificed her have belongings to fund the start of the movement. Fernandez realized at the age of 10 that she was Castro's daughter and then became an outspoken critic of him until she was labeled a dissident by the authorities. In the end, she defected to Spain in 1993.

"Getting and convincing James Franco to engage in Castro was a enjoyment and tough approach and has been the collaborative function of the universe," John Martinez O’Felan, lead inventive producer for the film, titled Alina of Cuba, said, "due to the fact our director’s primary purchase was to come across an actor who holds a shut physical resemblance to the genuine Castro to establish from, along with acquiring anyone Alina Fernandez would strongly endorse."

Franco has gained two Golden Globes and is an Oscar-nominated actor. His most modern film was the 2019 animated motion picture Arctic Dogs. Ana Villafane will star as the titular character and Mia Maestro will play Castro's love curiosity, Revuelta, when Alanna de la Rosa, Maria Cecilia Botero, Harding Junior, Sian Chiong, and Rafael Ernesto Hernandez star as supporting forged.

The movie does not however have a launch day but is predicted to start filming on Aug. 15.
