In a petition, Tupper laid out reasons that he thinks that Laffoon would not make a ideal executor and moreover alleges that Laffoon has taken above Heche’s apartment, which she shared with Atlas, modified the locks and prevented his 50 percent-brother from attaining entry to his possessions, Web site Six stated.
