Lady fatally stabbed in Oakland, boyfriend arrested

OAKLAND — A 22-calendar year-aged Fairfield woman was fatally stabbed Wednesday evening in a automobile in East Oakland and a man police were informed was her boyfriend was later on arrested, authorities explained.

Police have not however launched the identify of the female or of the suspect, who is 21 and has a San Francisco deal with, authorities explained.

The stabbing transpired just following 5:30 p.m. inside of a motor vehicle on D Road close to 98th Avenue.

Law enforcement reported the lady, who was driving with the suspect as the front seat passenger, experienced just parked the auto right before the two got into a heated argument.

Police have not mentioned what the argument was about, but the woman was stabbed multiple moments, even as she tried to fight off the suspect.
