Teen arrested in Northern California capturing that hurt 5

CHICO — A 16-year-previous boy has been arrested for allegedly shooting 5 people today early Saturday early morning at a party on the 1500 block of West Fifth Road, the Chico Law enforcement Section announced early Saturday evening.
According to police, detectives and patrol officers considered video captured at the time of the incident and a number of officers identified the suspect as a 16-yr-aged juvenile from prior contacts.
