‘Jogger Rapist’ to be freed, and his new neighbors don’t have to be notified

PORTLAND, Oregon  — A guy who admitted raping nine women and young girls in the Portland location will be freed in two months, and the ailments of his release never call for his new neighbors to be notified.

Richard Troy Gillmore, 63, was convicted of only one of the rapes, that of 13-yr-old Tiffany Edens in 1986. The some others to which he confessed, in the 1970s and 1980s, ended up exterior the statute of limitations.
