Rapper and clothing designer Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has been dropped by his talent agency, according to reports.

Creative Arts Agency is said to have made the move earlier this month following a controversial tweet by Ye that caused Twitter to shut down his account.

“I’m a bit sleepy tonight but when I wake up I’m going death con 3 On JEWISH PEOPLE. The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda," Ye said in the now-removed tweet.

The agency is the latest to cut ties with Ye, following similar moves by clothing designer Balenciaga and JPMorgan Chase in recent days.

His ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, took to Instagram on Monday with a general statement about antisemitism.

Last week, Ye announced plans to acquire conservative social media platform Parler.

"In a world where conservative opinions are considered to be controversial we have to make sure we have the right to freely express ourselves," Ye said in a statement.
