The tattoo artist accountable for inking a 10-12 months-previous boy in New York was arrested Saturday, authorities reported.

Austin Smith, 20, was taken into custody by the City of Lloyd Law enforcement Department and charged with unlawfully working with a boy or girl in the second diploma and endangering the welfare of a little one.

Smith's arrest arrived much more than a 7 days after the arrest of the 10-calendar year-old's mom, Crystal Thomas.

Thomas, 33, is accused of letting her boy or girl to get a tattoo of his name at a "transient" resort in Highland, New York.

She permitted her 10-12 months-outdated to obtain "a massive long lasting ink tattoo on his overall body," in accordance to the Lloyd Police Division.

"She wasn’t in the home with him," Police Main James Janso reported.
