Oklahoma governor bars child gender transitions at OU and phone calls for statewide ban

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a regulation Tuesday, protecting against the University of Oklahoma Kid's Hospital from providing gender changeover products and services these as surgery and puberty-blocking medication to minors.
